E-Mail Triage

We have a new option for our patients to contact our triage nurse or physician.

You may contact our triage nurse by e-mailing ntriage@lknurology.com.

Your e-mail will be checked daily at 9:00a.m. and 2:00 p.m. E-mails received after 2:00 p.m. will be answered the next business day.

To keep in mind:

  • If you experience a true medical emergency, call 911.

  • If you experience a urological problem that requires immediate attention, schedule an appointment. (Scheduling phone number 704/660-3322.)

  • Please include your name and DOB in the e-mail.

  • If you have a standing prescription and need an additional refill, contact your pharmacy. They in turn will contact our office for refill authorization. Only contact our office if your prescription was changed by one of our physicians.

  • Test results will take up to 10 days due to lab processing and review by your physician.

  • E-mails will be answered by medical priority. Non-urgent e-mails may take 48 hours to be answered.

  • Additional e-mails or phone calls will not expedite your request.

  • If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please send an additional e-mail.

  • If you are interested in e-mailing us with your concerns, provide us with the following information:
