Biography
Dr. Cram completed his residency at The Ohio State University and is a graduate of Iowa School of
Medicine. He also served on the faculty at The Ohio State University and James Cancer Hospital &
Solove Research Institute.
All Lake Norman Urology physicians have staff privileges at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville, Presbyterian Hospital, Carolinas Medical Center and Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
